LET’S OVERCOME YOUR CHALLENGES TOGETHER

Everyone can benefit from having a mentor, someone who is 100% on your side, on your team and there just for you. The impact of a mentor can be life-changing.

A coaching programme supports longer term goal-achievement and supports the creation of positive sustainable behavioural change. The programme includes a goal setting process, and focuses thereafter on momentum towards that goal.

We offer one off sessions or we can develop a personalised program to meet the needs of your young person. Our sessions are practical and non-clinical and are available in person or online

Typically a programme runs over 9-12 months, allowing time for the awareness of thinking. behaviours and habits that may not currently serve the individual, and the time and space to establish, new, more beneficial ways of being in relation to their identified goals. Accountability to goals and self are generated across this period – which has a very unique forum to focus on yourself in a positive way.

Sessions are usually 1.5 hours each and usually spaced 2-4 weeks apart to ensure momentum, and time for all- important reflection. This offer tends to have a greater longer-term effect as it is aided by setting long-term habits, accountability and constant focus on you.

Feedback From Others

Charlotte

Andrew was my mentor during my HSC year and was such a legend. He helped me work out what I wanted to do after the HSC and also supported me with goal setting and how to prioritise my time. He helped me manage my relationship with my mum and helped me get better at communicating with her.

Ben

Having a mentor has helped me in so many ways. I never thought I could have achieved the things that I have. If you told me a year ago I would have achieved the things I have . I would never have believed you but with the support of Hayley I have been able to over my challenges and I feel so much more confident and feel real to take on what ahead of me.

Anniek

I want to thank Hayley for everything she had done for me over the past year. For always telling me when I have messed and sticking by me through everything. You have been such an important part of my life and I wouldn't be where I am without you.
